Anchorage based Homeowner and Condominium Association Management Company is seeking an Assistant Association Manager. Some of the duties of the position include: Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and help resolve problems following Association rules. Inspect grounds and facilities routinely to determine necessity for repairs and maintenance. Plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance. Work with Boards of Directors to discuss and resolve maintenance issues and homeowner concerns. Solicit bids from contractors for repairs, and maintenance. Work directly with Association Manager. A qualified candidate for this position will: Be able to correspond effectively with Homeowners and Boards of Directors through, mail, email, letters and other written documents. Be able to communicate effectively on the phone. Be willing to obtain an AK Real Estate License - education and license paid for by employer. Have a valid driver's license and operable vehicle. Have ability to multi task. This is a fast pace position that will require you to juggle several different projects at once.
