We hold tight tolerances up to +/- 0.0002". Total fluency with calipers and micrometer are necessary. Some CNC manufacturing experience is required. Excellent math and computer skills are needed, accurate computer database file management is a TOTAL MUST. Must be able to lift 40#. Processes include 3 axis mills, 5 axis mill/turn and 9 axis Swiss.
