Loan Servicing Specialist (Anchorage)

Loan Servicers provide continuing support and services to our customers for the duration of the loan that ensures an excellent customer experience. Our Loan Servicing Administration Unit is hiring a customer service professional. The successful candidate will utilize reports to identify action items for follow-up but also be available to customers to assist with documents and accept payments. If you have office administrative experience and/or accounting experience, have a good eye for detail and enjoy customer service, you could be a Loan Servicing Representative. If you also have experience in lending, loan processing or servicing, you may qualify for the Loan Servicing Specialist position. Consider a Career in Loan Servicing!
