We are looking for someone with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills to support our office. The right person will be friendly, good with people, well spoken, and have excellent time management skills. This position is full time (minimum 35 hours a week) with 7-8 hour shifts during office hours, Monday - Friday. The Human Resources and Administrative Assistant is the first face people see when entering our office, they are responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming reception space for Locally Grown Restaurants and Workspace. They assist the HR department with administrative processes and provide facility support to Workspace tenants. They demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to enter data with consistent accuracy. The Administrative Assistant is highly organized and efficient in time management, with the ability to balance and prioritize their task list. Operations:Answers phone and takes messages as needed Greet everyone who enters the office, provide assistance as needed. Opens and distributes mail, makes sure all outgoing mail is dealt with appropriately Orders and picks up office lunches, as requested Maintains office environment (shared with other admin) Performs orientation & onboarding with new hires Be knowledgeable about and present an overview of employee benefits to new hires Communicates the status of new hires with the restaurant management, including any outstanding paperwork or certifications Completes all post-new hire appointment data entry and filing Oversees and executes weekly recruiting communications, including tracking open positions via weekly communication with hiring managers, managing internal and external job postings, and communicating with marketing Maintaining the Hiring & Onboarding Log (logging all applications received and updating status of applicant based on hiring manager feedback) Maintaining employee certifications tracking spreadsheet and sending monthly status updates to managers Other filing and administrative duties/responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the department Other Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to communicate, write, and understand English Typing skills, including a proficiency with 10-key Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Google Apps Must sign confidentiality agreement Locally Grown Restaurants offers a wide variety of benefits, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (medical and childcare accounts available) Accrued time off with pay 401(k) with employer matching up to 4% Assigned Parking Dining discounts at our restaurants (Snow City Cafe, Spenard Roadhouse, South Restaurant + Coffeehouse, Crush Bistro) Apply Online Here Locally Grown Restaurants is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
