The ideal candidate will provide essential support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, mobility support, medication reminders, and companionship. Roles and Responsibilities: • Assist with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility • Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks • Provide companionship and emotional support • Reminding the client to take medications • Follow care plans and instructions from the nursing supervisor • Support clients with therapy exercises and mobility aids • Help with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation • Ensure safe, clean, and healthy home environments • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA • Communicate with families and staff about client care updates Qualifications: · Valid Georgia CNA or PCA certification · High school diploma or equivalent · At least 1 year of caregiver experience in home care or long-term care · CPR/First Aid · TB Test · Pass background check · Reliable transportation and clean driving record preferred · Professional, courteous, and dependable demeanor
