Position Overview: The Project Manager will manage a variety of projects and manage the project team in the Water and Wastewater Treatment market.  Projects may vary between private and public owners, as well as a variety of delivery methods such as lump sum, negotiated and design build work.  Assigned Responsibilities: Represent and demonstrate the values of F.H. Paschen: tenacity, versatility, ingenuity, and pride. Responsible for the management of the entire project, including scheduling, cost management, invoicing, purchasing, quality and safety. Create and maintain a healthy team with the project team, owner, and the rest of the FH Paschen organization. Ability to participate in preconstruction services, including estimating and value engineering. Supervisory responsibility of Project Engineer(s), Assistant Project Manager(s), and Construction Intern assigned to contract(s) and/or work orders. Collaborate with other Project Manager(s) to find alternative solutions. Collaborate, monitor and manage Superintendent(s) performance on contracts and/or work orders. Negotiate financial disputes and change orders with owners. Point of contact for project management staff, architects, subcontractors, owners, engineers and more Understand all details of project scope of work. Create and maintain project cost reports. Responsible for monthly project invoicing. Document and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners. Develop and ensure implementation of the field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent. Develop and enforce the project safety plan with Superintendent(s) Responsible for managing MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements. Responsible for EEO/Affirmative action contract requirements Other duties as assigned. Requirements BS in Construction Management or Engineering and 6-10 years of construction experience. Knowledge of and experience managing projects over $10 million dollars in the Water and Wastewater Treatment Industry. Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously. Experience managing self-performed work is preferred but not required. Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management. Computer skills, knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication and organizational skills are necessary. Prefer experience using Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and/or P6, Procore and HCSS. Experience with a general contractor is required.  F.H. Then the salesperson simply has to ask any business if they would like to be paid rent for allowing us to place a brand new Recycle Bin on their property. If they say yes then simply have them sign the placement form. Make sure all is filled out properly, including address and contact name and to whom the check should be made out to. Then fax the form in and will deliver bin and make payment to you ASAP. You are paid by company check or if you prefer by electronic deposit into your bank account Best results are by going to businesses door to door and meeting directly with decision makers on the site. Position Title: Senior Mason Division: Design Build Division Reports To: Project Manager and Division Manager Employment Type: Full-time, Year-round, Hourly Position Summary The Senior Mason at MainStay Landscape is a highly skilled craftsperson responsible for leading and executing complex masonry projects with precision, efficiency, and artistry. This role involves working on a range of hardscape installations including stone walls, patios, walkways, steps, veneers, and other custom masonry features. The Senior Mason plays a key role in ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality while mentoring less experienced team members in proper masonry techniques. The Senior Mason works closely with the Project Manager and Division Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with MainStay’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities Masonry Expertise & Execution • Perform advanced masonry work including layout, cutting, fitting, and setting stone, brick, block, and veneer. • Lead the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and other custom stone features. • Operate masonry tools and equipment safely and efficiently, including saws, mixers, grinders, and compactors. • Ensure proper site preparation, grading, and drainage for all masonry projects. Project Leadership • Work under the direction of the Project Manager and Division Manager to complete project tasks according to specifications. • Provide on-site leadership and training for junior masons, installers, and laborers. • Assist in project planning, including material take-offs, tool preparation, and site setup. • Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Quality Control & Safety • Uphold MainStay’s quality standards for all masonry work. • Ensure proper mixing of mortars, adhesives, and jointing compounds. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. • Follow all company and industry safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills • 5+ years of proven experience in masonry, stonework, and hardscape installation. • Mastery of masonry techniques including dry stone, mortared stone, veneer, and brick/block laying. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, grading, and drainage. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and site plans. • Experience leading crews and mentoring less experienced workers. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to operate masonry and construction equipment. • Hoisting License preferred. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
