Has washer and dryer inside, covered parking and is next to the 4 mile bike path that runs from Sunset Beach to Waimea Bay. House is very close to Foodland and Shark's Cove, which is a wonderful dive and snorkeling spot during the summer months. You can watch the big waves and whales in the winter months on this beach; very popular with the locals, including famous photographer, Clark Little, often found in this famous shorebreak taking photos! Walk for miles on this beautiful beach that is known for it's many commercials and movies that have been filmed here over the years! Truly a slice of paradise for you to enjoy at a reasonable price!
