Laborer – Fire/Water Restoration 📍 Deerfield, MA ⏰ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday–Friday 💲 $17/hour 🚨 Immediate Start About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Laborer to join our fire and water damage restoration team. This is a hands-on position that involves assisting with cleanup, demolition, and restoration of residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, or other damage. Training will be provided, but candidates should be reliable, hardworking, and ready to jump in immediately. Qualifications: - Experienced in using carrier shipping software such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL Easy Ship to process, track, and manage shipments. - High School diploma or equivalent, or GED - Knowledge of basic computer skills required. - The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. - Strong interpersonal skills for working with outside vendors. - International Shipping experience is a plus. - Fundamental understanding of drawings specs is a plus. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Must be dependable, motivated, organized, trustworthy.
