We are hiring experienced framers in production framing. We are currently working on the first building, and building number 2 will start next week. Six or seven framers will be needed to work on building number two. This is a fourplex in Alaska. Must have ability to travel. The job will last approximately 3-4 months. Hourly wages start from $35/hr. to $40/hr. Will be accommodated for lodging and transportation to the job. Tools will be supplied for the job. Serious inquiries only. Install upgrades to load centers, decommission knob-and-tube systems, and install electrical connections to mechanical systems. Supervise and train Apprentices as required. Complete all necessary paperwork. Meet Neil Kelly safety standards. Apply knowledge of electrical codes (required) and familiarity with Oregon Solar Installation Specialty Code. Renewable Gas Field Service Technician Job Type: Full-Time Location: Enterprise, AL Position Summary: The Renewable Gas Field Service Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting renewable gas systems and associated equipment across multiple facilities. This role requires a high degree of physical mobility and the ability to respond quickly and decisively to equipment malfunctions, safety risks, and hazardous conditions—including those caused by severe weather events. The technician must be prepared to travel between sites at short notice and maintain site safety and operational continuity during critical incidents. Minimum Qualifications:  4 years of experience with industrial equipment  2 years of experience in industrial maintenance  Valid U.S. work authorization  High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)  Valid Driver’s License Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Operate and monitor renewable gas compression and decompression facilities, including rotating equipment, gas monitoring and metering systems, compressors, and gas delivery systems.  Troubleshoot equipment failures and malfunctions to determine root cause; perform repairs, maintenance, or replacement of components.  Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems, including pumps and compressors.  Maintain, modify, and repair instrumentation and control equipment (e.g., recorders, flowmeters, analyzers, and other monitoring tools).  Serve as the lead on-site technician, coordinating operational and maintenance activities.  Record and analyze operational data; provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trends, availability, and production.  Collect samples for quality testing and maintain accurate compliance records.  Maintain a clean and organized working environment at all facilities.  Assist with process control improvements to enhance operational efficiency.  Respond swiftly to urgent operational issues, including gas leaks, mechanical failures, or extreme weather-related disruptions, to ensure safety and system integrity.  Other duties and project assignments as directed. Your role as a Field Technician requires the successful installation of these products in both light and heavy-duty vehicles. Need a vinyl fencing installer with proper tools and a car. Experience is a must. You should be able to install fencing on the concrete or soil. As well as be able to install toppers on the existing brick or cinder block walls. Experience in installing vinyl doors. This is not a full time job. Probably one or two days a week. And my schedule is flexible.
