Our team is committed to excellence, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Residential Electrical Estimator to help us continue our tradition of exceptional service. Job Description: The Residential Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for residential electrical projects. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members. Key Responsibilities: Review project specifications, prints, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates. Perform site visits as necessary to assess project scope and requirements. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure estimates are comprehensive and realistic. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Maintain and update cost databases for materials, labor, and equipment. Prepare detailed proposal documents, including scope of work, pricing, and timelines. Track and analyze project costs to ensure estimates remain accurate and competitive. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, pricing, and regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, preferably in the residential sector. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction processes. Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Residential Wireman or Journeyman Card.
