This is not an ordinary opportunity—our company has invested heavily in marketing and lead generation, and we consistently attract serious, high-quality customers who want to build new homes, remodel kitchens/bathrooms, or complete major renovations. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in construction sales and/or remodeling/new build projects. Ability to walk a job site with a customer, gather project information, and translate it into accurate estimates. Strong knowledge of construction processes, estimating, and customer communication. Proven track record of closing deals in the remodeling or new build industry. What We Offer: Commission-Only, High-Earning Opportunity. Our commissions are structured so well that if you have confidence in your skills, you should have no hesitation working commission-only. If you doubt your ability to succeed with our consistent, high-quality leads, you are not the candidate we are looking for. Unmatched Leads. We have invested heavily in marketing to bring in projects of real size and value—this is not cold calling or chasing scraps. Advancement Opportunities. With proven performance, this role can grow into leadership positions in the company with the potential for high salaries—but only after results are verified. You must bring proof of performance or be prepared to explain why you are fully qualified for this role. If you meet these qualifications and are ready to step into a role where your success is limited only by your drive and ability, reply to this ad with your resume and proof of your construction sales track record. Only serious, experienced candidates will be considered. www.handiservice.us
