Account Manager – Landscape Maintenance Division Location: Southwest Florida Employment Type: Full-Time Pay $25-32 per hour. About the Role We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Landscape Maintenance Division. Think of this role as being the CEO of your assigned communities—you’ll oversee every detail to ensure homeowners, HOA boards, property managers, and crews are aligned and satisfied. Success means balancing client expectations, operational excellence, and team support to deliver the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities Client & Board Relations Act as the primary liaison for assigned communities. Build and maintain strong relationships with HOA boards, property managers, and homeowners. Conduct regular property walks to review performance, address concerns, and recommend improvements. Provide clear and consistent updates on project status, schedules, and service delivery. Operational Oversight Ensure all contracted services are completed on time and to company quality standards. Proactively identify and resolve service issues before they escalate. Oversee seasonal plant maintenance schedules, turf programs, and irrigation operations. Coordinate specialty services such as pest control, fertilization, seasonal planting, and pruning. Team Leadership & Support Support crew leaders with manpower, tools, and materials needed for daily success. Provide coaching, motivation, and feedback to ensure high morale and performance. Collaborate with operations managers on staffing needs and schedule adjustments. Quality Assurance Monitor properties for compliance with contracts and community standards. Implement corrective actions quickly to maintain excellence. Stay current on regional plant care, irrigation systems, and landscaping best practices. Budget & Contract Management Review and manage budgets for assigned accounts. Identify and propose enhancements or upgrades to HOA boards and managers. Track extra work orders to ensure accurate billing and client approval. Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to balance client expectations with operational efficiency. Knowledge of Southwest Florida landscaping practices, irrigation, and plant health care. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure. Prior account management experience in landscaping, property management, or related industry preferred.
