We have an opening for landscape maintenance lead. Must have at least 5 year experience in residential landscape maintenance. This includes, trimming, blowing, mowing grass, general tree trimming and irrigation. Must have an active drivers license, authorization to work in the U.S. and experience in driving with a landscape trailer. Pay will range between $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. We are seeking skilled and reliable independent contractors to perform maintenance and repair tasks in apartments across the Continental United States. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of residential properties.
