Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications to perform tasks accurately. Material & Technique Selection: Choose appropriate welding methods and materials for each project. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety standards. Tool Maintenance: In many cases, provide and maintain personal hand tools such as clamps, grinders, and personal protective equipment. Key Skills Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in welding techniques and strong understanding of engineering drawings. Attention to Detail: Ability to complete precise, high-quality work. Manual Skills: Dexterity in handling welding tools and equipment. Responsibility: Reliability to arrive on time and maintain a professional work ethic.
