ShareAre you an experienced landscaper ready to take the lead? Collegiate Landscaping is hiring Team Leaders to manage 2–6 crew members across a variety of residential and commercial landscape jobs. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and have a passion for building great outdoor spaces — we want to hear from you. 💪 What You’ll Do: **Lead crews in lawn maintenance, edging, mulching, pruning, weeding, planting, and seasonal cleanups **Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and up to Collegiate standards **Operate trucks, trailers, and a full range of landscaping equipment **Solve problems, keep your crew on track, and represent the company professionally on every job site ✅ What You’ll Need: - 4+ years of landscape experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role - Comfortable driving a truck & trailer (DOT knowledge is a plus) - Skilled in operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, mini-excavators, and more - Strong knowledge of turf care and landscape maintenance practices - Reliable, organized, and physically able to work long days outdoors - Valid driver’s license is required Pay is competitive and based on experience.
