Responsibilities: · Adhere to all Grout Medic standards and procedures whilst on the job. · Keep a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers. · Respect customers' property and ensure that the work area is left clean. · Wear company uniform and maintain good hygiene and grooming practices. · Submission of updates and photos on time. · Performing tile and grout services within given timeframes. Qualifications: · Must be able to supply a valid Certificate of Insurance for general liability and workers' compensation · At least 3 years of experience in tile installation; experience with shower pan replacements and curb rebuilds is a plus. · Must possess a valid driver's license. · Must have own tools in good working condition; materials will be supplied by The Grout Medic. · Must have own reliable transportation, preferably a truck. · Ability to read and interpret work orders and carry out the required services. · Availability to work from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with potential weekend work. · Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Cary Property Management Company has an immediate opening for someone with basic maintenance skills or an eagerness to learn skills from senior personnel.
