Established awning company looking for skilled mechanic/tradesman to install awnings in the Richmond Area. Don't apply if you do not have at least 2 years of construction experience. MUST HAVE: Minimum 5 years of Foreman experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor performing general construction work. Experience in supervising/managing employees and motivating them to complete projects on schedule. Knowledge and experienced in carpentry, including but not limited to; metal frame, drywall, doors & hardware, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, etc.. Ability to read blue prints and construction plans, maintain equipment and manage paperwork. Good communication, management, and coordination skills. Must have current Driver’s License, OSHA Safety Course Certification, Operator licenses, Red Cross First Aid; and CPR Certification.
