Apartment Trash Collectors - Part Time - Nights - $16-$19/hr (Omaha)

Looking for a motivated individual that can work with a team and also solo. Housekeeping experience preferred, but will train the right person. Duties include, but are not limited to- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, floors, tidying and dusting. Requirements- Must not have any allergies to animals or cleaning products that will hinder your ability to do the job. Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. Must have reliable transportation. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to pass a background check. Hours are 8:15am-2-4pm depending on the number of jobs that day. We also have some evenings and weekend hours available. Looking for a person or couple to help on my ranchette. The worker will live for free on the property in a recreational vehicle (RV). The owner will pay for electricity, internet, and propane. In return, they will clean and muck out the stables 2 or 3 times per week or daily, feed the animals twice a day, and provide them with fresh, clean water every day. The owner also has occasional tasks (trash collection, fence building and repair, carpentry, and maintenance of the main house garden) that will be paid at $20.00 per hour, in addition to maintaining the animal areas.
