This role requires someone who can take ownership of their work, communicate clearly, and ensure every property remains in pristine, guest-ready condition. ⸻ Responsibilities • Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including: • Flushing and cleaning A/C lines • Painting and drywall touch-ups • Unclogging toilets, drains, and sinks • Minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance troubleshooting • General repairs and preventative maintenance across residential properties • Utilize task management software (preferably Breezeway) to receive, document, and complete assigned work orders. • Communicate updates, photos, completion notes through mobile applications such as WhatsApp & Breezeway in real-time. • Coordinate with property operations and housekeeping teams to ensure homes are guest-ready. • Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor at all times. ⸻ Requirements • Minimum 2+ years of residential maintenance or handyman experience (vacation rental or hospitality experience a plus). • Tech-savvy — able to navigate apps and online tools for work order tracking and communication (Breezeway experience strongly preferred). • Must have reliable transportation and a truck suitable for carrying tools and materials. • Must provide own tools and equipment. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend calls when needed. • Must be based in or near Fort Lauderdale, FL. ⸻ Compensation & Benefits • Targeted earnings: $60,000 • Opportunity for growth within a fast-expanding luxury brand • Supportive team environment and strong operational systems • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
