This person will be accountable for estimating and preparing supplements on vehicles in an accurate and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have previous auto body estimating experience working with insurance DRPs, Parts Trader, and CCCONE. He/She will have a good work ethic and customer service skills, be a reliable employee, exhibit teamwork, and add value to our organization. Responsibilities: Perform auto body estimates and supplements – Tasks include working with both walk in and insurance customers Working with external and internal customers Manage paperwork – Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records. Maintaining good follow-up skills Requirements: 3+ years of auto body estimating experience Knowledge of repair procedures Willingness to participate in in-house and I-Car training Excellent listening and communication skills You will be eligible for employee benefits after only 30 days. We are looking for a few energetic people to fill our open part time weekend dispatcher/cashier positions. This is a customer service driven position that will operate our operations booth. Will check our customers into our and out of our facility. Direct drivers in proper rotation to accomplish our pickup and drop off goals via two-way radio and GPS. Telephone skills are required to communicate with our customers and employees. Basic computer skills to use with our parking software. You are the first and last person our customers sees. We expect friendly smiles and a great attitude so the customer has a positive experience with us. These multi-tasking positions responsibilities include but are not limited to: checking customers in and out of our facility, record keeping, answering phone calls, dispatching our buses to and from the airport, and providing excellent customer service.
