We're looking to grow our team. General Managers needed for new store openings, with potential for internal growth as the company grows. Expected openings for 2026 are 5-9 units.  We are a family owned business, with boots on the ground. Our Hospitality company operates 32 total QSR and full-serve restaurants.  Key Responsibilities Operations Management • Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening/closing procedures, food preparation, and service delivery • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards • Maintain quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and vendor relationships • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Financial Management • Achieve sales targets and profitability goals • Control labor costs and manage scheduling to optimize staffing levels • Monitor food costs and minimize waste • Prepare and manage budgets, analyze P&L statements • Handle cash management and banking procedures Team Leadership • Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff members • Create work schedules and manage time-off requests • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching • Foster a positive work environment and team culture • Address employee relations issues and disciplinary matters Customer Service • Ensure high-quality customer experiences • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements • Maintain brand standards and service speed expectations Marketing & Sales • Execute promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives • Build community relationships and drive customer traffic • Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue Create your FREE profile on CulinaryAgents.com to apply to any job with a single click!
