Aurelia, the fine dining restaurant at Castle Hill Inn, is seeking a Chef de Partie with a serious commitment to culinary excellence. About the Position: The Fine Dining Chef de Partie will be responsible for daily prep and production of items within the kitchen. This position reports directly to the Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef on duty. About You: You have a passion for cooking, ingredients, and technique. This position is perfect for a motivated individual with management and interpersonal skills.
