About You: You are an organized individual and you prioritize and keep track of the tasks that are given to you. Sometimes the studio can get very hectic with several jobs due at once on tight deadlines, having an ability to manage pressure and while remaining patient and understanding is critical. Equally you are organized, productive and an imaginative problem-solver/troubleshooter. Ideally you have an interest in an artistic practice yourself have a strong graphics background is a plus. Mainly you have a very strong desire to learn and an interest in becoming part of a growing small business. About The Position: Your role centers on the production of textiles, canvas art as well as studio support and upkeep. This includes: - Cutting art down to size - Prep art according to job specs - Excellent measuring skills - Running the UV and Sublimation Machine - Assist with the preparation and execution of applying art to items and pressing this on a heat press. Folding items and preparing them to ship to retailers. - Print art for production - Provide support in various studio tasks, such as organizing supplies, maintaining inventory, and cleaning workspaces. - Collaborate with the team to fulfill client orders and meet project deadlines. - Follow established studio procedures to ensure efficient workflow and maintain a safe working environment. -Take initiative and assist in other studio-related activities as needed. - Maintaining office organization systems - Regular cleaning of the studio - Printing and post printing support - Packing and shipping jobs - Ability to lift 50lbs Requirements: - Experience in a production environment a plus - Willing to learn to produce products on a UV and Sublimation Machine - Previous experience in a print shop a plus - An excitement to learn new skills and grow - You have a love for what you do along with a positive "can do" attitude - Independent & proactive, but works with a team mentality - Graphics experience a plus - Extremely detail oriented

Nurse to provide lectures, skills demonstrations and supervise students in their skills practice labs. Class hours of 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, mostly Monday through Thursday's but occasional Friday's. Work alongside one other staff member, the school coordinator and possibly a mock patient (if hired). Nurse can chose to leave or stay at the school during the break between classes. Off-road parking. There are 17-18 class days per month. Nurse needs to have a minimum of one year of hands-on nursing care employment history and if hasn't taught adults previously will be required to attend a one-day online training program to be approved by the state board of nursing to teach at the school. As a result, youth are diverted away from violence, crime, as well as other harmful behaviors, including running away, drug/alcohol abuse, risky sexual activities, and involvement in the juvenile justice system. Huckleberry House, was the first shelter in the U.S. for runaway and homeless youth and has served as a model for hundreds of other adolescent shelters nationally. Huckleberry House provides youth experiencing any form of instability with access to temporary shelter, therapy services, case management, linkage to additional services and after-care follow up. DUTIES Provisions of house coverage includes: Direct supervision of the youth in the shelter, on outings in the community, during meetings and/or appointments, etc. Conduct intake assessments with youth and engage with parents, legal guardians, and/or other involved adults Provide crisis counseling for any and all clients and/or their families who access services in person and/or over the phone. Support with phone coverage including answering phones, responding to incoming crisis, business, information, and referral calls Assist with aspects of case management as assigned by Case Manager(s) or Program Director including referrals, collaboration with community partners, collaboration with Huckleberry clinicians, etc. Participate in a minimum of one overnight shift per week Support with emergency shift coverage when necessary Supervision of in-house clients as follows: Provide supervision of clients at all times in alignment with their case plan and daily schedule.
