Material Handler / Forklift Operator – Temp-to-Hire San Fernando, CA | $18.00–$18.50/hr | Full-Time About Us: Talent Source Direct Inc. is a boutique staffing agency specializing in long-term temp-to-hire opportunities across California, Texas, and Arizona. We are excited to partner with a leading beverage company (Monster Energy) in San Fernando that manufactures, bottles, and distributes products throughout Southern California. We’re seeking a dedicated Material Handler / Forklift Operator who is reliable, safety-focused, and eager to grow with the company. What You’ll Do: Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment. Shipping & Receiving: Load/unload trucks, verify incoming shipments, and ensure proper storage. Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts, maintain stock accuracy, and report discrepancies. Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools. Warehouse Upkeep: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Team Support: Communicate with production staff to ensure timely delivery of materials. What We’re Looking For: Forklift Certification (required). Previous warehouse experience (pallet jack, shrink wrap, etc. a plus). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded. Basic math skills for inventory tasks. Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
