This is a hands-on position that involves assisting with cleanup, demolition, and restoration of residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, or other damage. In addition to high organizational skills and punctuality, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work on parallel tasks in a high pace environment with set deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for checking-in UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other courier deliveries; inspecting and stocking items received; verifying against invoices and packing slips; and preparing discrepancy reports as needed. - Responsible for shipping out UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight shipments while ensuring timely and accurate processing. - Maintain filing system for customer orders and utilize shipping/inventory software to track all inventory items stored in the warehouse. - Organize warehouse inventory, update records in warehouse management systems, and perform general housekeeping and cleaning tasks. - Perform ISO 9001-related tasks such as processing non-conforming material, logging late shipments, and maintaining compliance records. - Assist in assembly or purchasing departments as time permits, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve delivery or shipment issues. - Perform other related duties as required, including troubleshooting shipping software, and coordinating with UPS, FedEx, and DHL representatives on service or account issues.
