Superior Skilled Trades is hiring carpenter/ labors for a long-term project in Cocoa Beach, FL. PAY: $18-$24/hour (based upon experience) HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays 5 days per week -Some Saturdays SCHEDULE: 8:00 am-5:00 pm START DATE: ASAP Job Overview: This position involves working on swing stages up to 20 stories and higher, assisting with a variety of construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have basic construction experience and a willingness to learn and grow within the trade. Responsibilities: Perform basic carpentry and construction tasks including: Installing doors and windows Painting, waterproofing, and caulking Cement work, demolition, and stucco repairs Operate and work safely on swing stages up to 20+ stories Use basic hand and power tools under supervision Perform manual labor tasks as needed to support the project team Follow all site safety procedures and company policies Take direction from supervisors and skilled tradespeople Qualifications: Basic construction experience (doors, windows, painting, waterproofing, caulking, stucco) Ability to perform manual labor and use basic tools Comfortable working at heights on swing stages (training provided if necessary) Minimal painting/stucco skills; general construction knowledge preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Must be able to follow directions; no leadership experience required Additional Requirements: Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site Comfortable working at heights Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team A commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols at all times Must be able to pass a background check Growth Opportunity: This role is designed for entry-level candidates with room for growth.
