This person will report up to our maintenance manager and handle a wide variety of work orders, turns and apartment renovations. Experience with light plumbing, carpentry and electrical repair is required. This is a full time position and exact hourly wage/salary is dependent on candidates experience. Key Responsibilities: • Installation: Install sectional and rolling steel doors, high-speed doors, fire doors, grilles, dock levelers, seals/shelters, and door operators. Set tracks, torsion/extension springs, cables, drums, hinges, rollers, bearings, and shaft assemblies. Align, balance, and commission doors and operators; program remotes, keypads, photo-eyes, safety edges, and control stations. Forklift proficiency necessary. • Technical Skills: Proficient with torsion/extension spring systems, shaft assemblies, and door/operator alignment.
