Position Overview: We are a growing interior, exterior, residential contractor rapidly expanding into the commercial market. We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. This is a part-time/remote position (20+ hours per week) with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role in the near future. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating costs for a variety of construction projects, including residential and commercial developments. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all project costs are considered in the bid, helping to keep projects on budget and on schedule.
