Position available for an EXPERIENCED person to help with horse care. MUST have Experience. Must be able to Speak and Read English. Duties include: helping feed, grooming, picking feet, giving meds, fetching and holding for shoer and vet. Also keeping areas of barn clean. MUST be comfortable around all animals and willing to do hard work. MUST furnish work references and be able to pass random drug testing, Hours are: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services, flooring repair, and water damage restoration to residential and commercial clients. You’ll play a critical role in restoring comfort and safety to properties affected by wear, damage, or unexpected water events. Key Responsibilities: Carpet Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning, stain removal, and deodorization using commercial-grade equipment and cleaning solutions Conduct pre-inspections to identify problem areas and customer concerns Safely move furniture and protect surrounding areas during service Flooring Repair: Repair or replace damaged sections of carpet, hardwood, laminate, or vinyl flooring Assess damage and recommend appropriate repair methods Use tools and materials to ensure seamless and long-lasting repairs Water Damage Restoration: Respond to emergency water loss calls and mitigate water damage Extract water using professional equipment (pumps, vacuums, etc.) Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.) Perform demolition, moisture readings, and documentation as needed Prevent mold growth through proper drying techniques and sanitation Qualifications: High school diploma or GED (preferred) Previous experience in carpet cleaning, flooring repair, or restoration (preferred but not required – training provided) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and be on feet for extended periods IICRC certification a plus (e.g., WRT, ASD, CCT) Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Excellent customer service and communication skills Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in emergency situations Team player with a positive and professional attitude Benefits: Overtime + bonuses Paid training Work Environment: Indoor and outdoor environments, including homes, offices, and sometimes water-affected or damaged properties On-call or weekend availability may be required for emergency restoration jobs Job Type: Full-time Benefits: On-the-job training
