HardHat is currently interviewing for a long-term position for an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer- this position is located in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Pay is up to $35/hour Federal Background and US Citizenship is required This position requires enthusiasm to learn & requires excellent work ethic. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years programming CNC Machines & reading G-Code CNC Mills or Lathe experience-at least 3+ years hands on experience High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate Federal Background check is required Preferred Skills: Mastercam 2019+ experience Fanuc, Hurco & Haas machine tool controls Renishaw probe experience Proficiency with precision measurement tools Lathe, knee mill experience as well as other machinery Job Scope- not limited to the following: Complete machining operations from drawings, blueprints, verbal & written instructions Operate, setup & prove out programs on equipment such as CNC Lathe, manual Mill/lathe & other equipment Program & machine high precision, quickturn & reoccuring production jobs with the same attention to detail Enforce clients procedures, processes & safety culture while working collaboratively across several teams with a team mentality at all times HardHat offers direct deposit, weekly pay, health benefits, 401K as well as other great benefits. Project Summary: SCOPE OF WORK: Mowing and Edging During the growing season (March thru November) the grass will be mowed, edged and blown clean weekly per attached calendar and color-coded map. All grass clippings and green waste will be removed on-going and placed in the Center’s 40 yard dumpster. During the slow growing season (November thru February) the grass areas throughout the Center will be mowed as needed. As the grass stops growing this time of year the contractor will spend more time pruning trees, shrubs, and removing leaves and yard debris. Weeds in all common areas and flower beds will be weed eaten weekly and debris removed. The order of mowing, edging, blowing, and pruning will start at Meadowview Rd. and progress south to the fence at Heavy Equipment. Area’s 1 and 2 are higher priority and will need to be maintained on a weekly schedule. The areas walkways, courtyards, outdoor, and common areas must be blown clear of debris. Area’s 3 and 4 are lower priority and will be maintained on a quarterly basis (every 3 month’s). Trees will be pruned around buildings 932, 933, 934, 935, 700, 710, 720, 500, 600, 200, an in front of center management on a regular schedule, 3 times per year (spring, midsummer, and Fall). This pruning will trim branches away buildings, remove any dead or low hanging branches, and disposing of the debris in the center’s 40 yard dumpster.
