Kent Services is looking for hospitality minded individuals to join our New York ranks as Concierges and/or Door Person. All qualified candidates welcomed! Requirements: Experience as doorman or concierge in a high end building is a requirement! Availability to work evenings, overnights and weekends is a must! Previous experience working in a high-end customer service environment. Willing to greet and acknowledge all residents and announce all visitors and manage packages in a professional manner. Duties: Greeting all residents and visitors. Provide resident services including but not limited to: package handling and dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval. Must have excellent customer service skills and be capable of performing duties in a professional manner. Must be able to work mornings, nights, overnights and weekends.
