Provide proactive, effective leadership through direct oversight and active engagement across all operational areas. 2. Develop and implement strategies to drive substantial, profitable growth at both local and regional levels. 3. Identify and develop product portfolios, programs, and initiatives that support the company’s profitable growth. 4. Design and execute strategies to improve and standardize operational processes across the organization. 5. Analyze operations to improve efficiency and achieve strategic financial goals and objectives. 6. Must have working knowledge of mechanical plan and spec and design/build industry. 2. Computer literacy including strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet research, and other software applications. 3. Must have excellent organization skills. 4. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision. 6. Must be a team player and self-starter. 7. Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion. TRAVEL This position requires weekly travel to customers, engineers, and job sites. Regional travel will also be required, including working at off-site promotional events, conferences, and trade shows. Company vehicle will be provided subject to driving record.
