This role is all about energy, charm, and hospitality—welcoming guests, sparking curiosity, and guiding them into our store for the full I’m donut ? experience. Think of this as our “front-door host,” but on the street: someone who embodies our playful, elevated spirit while engaging with the busy NYC crowd.   Key Responsibilities   Greet and welcome guests outside the store with warmth and enthusiasm. Share the I’m donut ? story, creating curiosity and excitement about our donuts and concept. Engage passersby in friendly conversation, answering questions about our menu and brand. Guide guests smoothly into the shop and help manage flow during peak times. Represent I’m donut ? with professionalism, positivity, and an elevated sense of hospitality. Provide feedback and observations from the street to managers to improve guest experience. What We’re Looking For   Outgoing, approachable, and confident communicator. High energy with the ability to connect with people in a fast-paced, crowded environment. Grit and perseverance—able to stay upbeat and positive even when faced with rejection or tough NYC weather. Strong hospitality mindset: focused on making every guest feel valued. Reliability and professionalism in representing the I’m donut ? brand. Prior experience in hospitality, brand ambassadorship, or customer service is a plus. Theater or acting experience can also be valuable, as this role requires confidence, presence, and engaging with large crowds.
