We are a large family owned meat production and distributor facility in Clackamas, OR. We are currently looking for an experience Meat Cutter to work on our Steak Line. Responsibilities include: Remove fat and trim from steak primal cuts. Fill out paperwork which includes temperatures, times, and weights. Use a barcode scanner to input carton data. Occasionally operate packing machine, open boxes and vacuum sealed bags. Occasionally left up to 60# boxes. Maintain equipment and PPE. English and Spanish preferred. Monday - Thursday with occasional Friday work. 7:00am to 6:00pm. 4 x 10hr. shifts. $17-$19/hr. to start. Actual scale is higher. Responsible for the general sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishes and floors. Essential Functions: · Maintain proper inventory levels of plates within hot and cold stations. · Maintain proper storage of dish dollies, glass racks and flatware. · Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. · Maintain a clean and organized work station. · Perform washing, organizing and inventory of china, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans per standards. · Perform cleaning of walk in refrigerators and kitchen areas; to include sweeping and mopping. · Perform cleaning and monitoring of dishwasher. · Empty and wash garbage cans. · Understand and provide chemicals and supplies for station. · Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. · Maintain a safe working environment and immediately report all unsafe conditions. · Maintain a good working relationship with all departments. · Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the property Employee Handbook. Qualifications: Possession of government required licenses or certificates. Route Relief Driver                                                                              $23.00 - $25.00 per hour/DOE You will join our team as a full-time Route Relief Driver. You will ensure that all customer invoicing and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
