Now hiring Warehouse Associates for a temporary-to-permanent role in Salem, NH. Duties include picking/packing, loading/unloading, and operating pallet jacks and hand trucks. Must lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle temperature changes. Pay: $22–$25/hr, depending on experience. Full-time. A background check and drug test are required before a permanent hire. Opening for an experienced Amada Punch Press Operator. The position is responsible for setting up and operating a turret punch press to produce precision sheet metal parts according to customer specifications. Experience with Amada Vipros 358 is beneficial. Qualifications: * The ideal candidate has experience with Amada machines with a minimum of 3 years experience operating turret punch presses in a sheet metal job shop/contract manufacturing environment. * Ability to read and interpret blue prints and measuring instruments * Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem solving skills * Commitment to producing high quality work * Able to work independently and part of a team * Experience with AP100 and CAD programming beneficial * Ability to life 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Responsibilities * Set-up and operating turret punch press to produce precision sheet metal parts according to customer specifications, quality standards and production schedules * Technical expertise in machine set-up, programming and tool selection for optimal performance * Monitor machine operation and make adjustments * Perform quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy * Maintain production records accurately * Perform routine machine maintenance * Maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety protocols and procedures * Experience with ISO and shop methodology beneficial Benefits Available: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, 401(k), Employee Assistance Program, Paid Time Off EOE: We do not discriminate on basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or any other status protected by law or regulation.
