This role requires in-person presence, and oversees the development and execution of special projects, standardizes operational procedures, and implements process improvements across departments. The Special Projects Manager partners closely with Senior Leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes through clear, scalable systems. Essential Duties: 1. BS/BA degree in a field such as behavioral health, social services, public administration, or organizational management required. Master’s degree preferred.
