The B.U. University Initiative ​ Our purpose is to empower youth in urban communities through the education of self and cultural history, talent coaching, and volunteering. B.U. is an enrichment group focused on uniting dysfunctional communities and cultivating wholesome living environments for local residents. We require all employees taking part in the initiative to maintain a reputable image in the community as well as demonstrating exemplary leadership towards unifying the community. ​ B.U. will begin its operations in Beaverton OR, with plans to start similar initiatives across America in the near future.
