Our growing family-owned company specializing in interior and exterior commercial renovations in apartments, hotels & nursing facilities is looking for insured subcontractors from all trades as we are expanding in South Carolina. We have various large apartment communities where we are doing interior renovations between 4–10 units per month. There are 600+ apartments to renovate this year in South Carolina. Contractors must be licensed, insured, and have their equipment to be considered for the position. Previous work in the commercial space is a plus.
