The main thing we look for is good communication, honesty and just overall creative nice people. The right person will be in peoples homes and personal spaces working day to day. Fresh paint is an established company that started in 1998. We work on very detailed interiors and exteriors. Mainly older homes and new restaurants. We work close in around the Portland metro area. We specialize in working on a wide range of watch brands, including Quartz, mechanical manual wind, and pocket watches. We also handle Rolex, Omega, Seiko, Chronographs, and many more. While two to three years of experience is preferred, it’s not mandatory. A watch school fundamentals certification, such as Wostep or CW21, is essential. We provide all the necessary tools and cleaning equipment. Our working hours are from 9 am to 4 pm, Tuesday through Friday, and every second Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. The starting rate is $50 per hour, which can increase based on experience.
