The Hatfield Rally House is a 60,000 sq. ft. premier indoor tennis and pickleball facility set to open in November 2025. We are dedicated to delivering high quality sports experience in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for athletes of all ages and skill levels. The facility includes courts, locker rooms, a café, and event space. Position Summary The Part Time Custodian Staff member plays a key role in supporting the overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the Hatfield Rally House. You’ll help ensure the facility is ready for daily operations, events, and peak activity times by performing routine cleaning and making sure that all areas are safe to be in. This position is perfect for someone who is detail oriented, proactive, and takes pride in keeping the Hatfield Rally House at a high standard of cleanliness. Key Responsibilities * Perform daily cleaning of courts, restrooms, locker rooms, café area, and other common spaces * Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify safety or custodial concerns * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate resupply needs to supervisor * Operate basic janitorial equipment (e.g., vacuums, and mops) safely and effectively * Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures * Provide excellent customer service and assist guests/staff as needed Qualifications * Previous experience in janitorial or custodial, work preferred * Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision * Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively * Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and using ladders or hand tools * Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends * Must be 18 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with sports or recreational facility operations * CPR/First Aid certification a plus * Experience with floor care for athletic surfaces is a bonus Compensation & Perks * Pay: $18-$22/hour * Free or discounted access to facility amenities * Staff shirts provided * Opportunities to grow into full-time or supervisory roles https://hatfield-rally-house.breezy.hr/?

Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Hey there! My name's Herb and I cover South Jacksonville down to Saint Augustine. Sometimes our jobs may even be as far as Daytona, Palatka and Palm Coast. I am looking for a couple of partners to assist me doing trash/garage clean-outs, yard/tree debris clean-ups, construction trash, etc. (Part-time, Flexible hours) On many of our jobs we will work together to load up the dump truck and then bring it to the dump/landfill facility. We always rake/sweep up at the end of each job. We will provide work boots, gloves and work clothes for you, if needed. Drinking water and lunch/meals are provided also. We will be using a small dump truck and a Chevy van and trailer. We try to average $20. per hour each after expenses and dump fees. For larger projects, I am willing to do a percentage split with my helpers in hopes of increased pay depending on the job. Cash paid daily at the end of each work day/work session.
