The chalet is located in Conifer, across the street from Central Ski Resort; an easy bike ride to Silver Fir Bike Park and a short drive to beautiful hiking trails at Alpental. Chalet comes fully furnished with jacuzzi tub, TV, W/D, Xbox; just bring your own bedding and towels. Rent includes plowing service. Tenants pay all utilities; 2,200 security deposit and first/last month’s rent due at signing. Renters insurance required (costs $5-$10/mo). Employment verification and references upon request. AWD required come Oct/Nov. No pets. No smoking.
