Executive Chef, Mourad Lahlou has strong roots in creating modern Morrocan cuisine while highlighting local, Californian ingredients, purveyors, and preparations.  Chef Mourad has cultivated several very successful restaurants, including 2 which have achieved a 1 Michelin star rating (including Aziza!). The demands are very high for our entire team, our guests expect the highest quality of cuisine and service, but with a relaxed & welcoming approach. For the right candidate, duties will include, but not be limited to, opening, closing, directing line-staff throughout service, prepping, and optional R&D. A chef with a sense of urgency, professionalism, passionate, yet tempered, would be the best fit for our Michelin recommended restaurant, with almost 25 years tenure in the Central Richmond district of SF. Job Title: Front Desk I Reports to: Front Desk Supervisor Level: Hourly Scope: Responsible for guest services and supporting management in the general operation of the assigned facility.
