Schedule (at the moment) Friday through Tuesday 2:30pm-9:00pm. Line cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking all menu items and specials offered at their specific unit. Other responsibilities include executing catering orders, washing dishes, food prep, and maintaining a clean and organized work space. Teamwork is crucial to our organization and line cooks are expected to jump in wherever necessary to get the job done. This may mean working expo, bussing tables, or mopping the walk-in refrigerator.
