As an MRO Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects related to aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). Your scope will include repair operations, front office coordination, logistics (shipping/receiving), shopfloor transformation initiatives, and support functions such as procurement and quality. You will act as the central point of contact between operational teams, support functions, and internal/external clients.   Key Responsibilities Project management Define, plan, and monitor MRO-related projects (repair process optimization, digitalization, operational improvements, etc.) Coordinate stakeholders across departments (shopfloor, logistics, quality, procurement, IT) and with external partners Ensure project delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints, while complying with aerospace regulations Reporting & communication Produce project status reports (KPIs, milestones, risks) Lead project meetings and stakeholder updates Requirements Experience: Project Manager experience Prior experience working with customers in aerospace industry is preferred. Education & Certifications : Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, aerospace, project management, or a related field. Skills & Achievments : MRO processes (repair shopfloor, logistics, procurement, quality) Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.) Familiarity with PLM/ERP/MES systems (PTC Windchill, ARAS, SAP, Aprisio, etc.) is a plus Knowledge of digital technologies, and their applications in the aerospace sector. Understanding of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and best practices.  Languages: Fluent in English (required), French is a plus.
