Responsibilities Grow a book of business: Proactively prospect and network to generate and qualify new leads. Consult and customize: Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their needs and present the ideal coverage options for auto, home, and commercial policies. Manage customer accounts: Service and maintain existing client relationships through account reviews, policy renewals, and addressing coverage changes. Resolve issues: Assist clients with the claims process and other policy-related inquiries. Remain compliant: Stay informed on industry trends, products, and regulations to ensure ethical and legal standards are always met. Qualifications Active and valid Property & Casualty license is required. 3 years of experience as a P&C agent, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with agency management software, quoting tools, and CRM systems.
