The amount of supervision required depends on the complexity of the site and your experience level. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in operating and maintaining wastewater treatment plant equipment and systems. Strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and equipment is required. Additionally, candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
