Well stablished Law firm with 17 years of history has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney/Post-Bar Clerk . The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys to provide high-quality legal services and support to our clients. Duties Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Draft, review, and revise legal documents including demand letters. Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are represented. Provide legal advice to clients . Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and assist in trial preparation when necessary. Maintain organized case files and documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas. Pre-litigation and litigation work on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Assist lead attorney as well as working independently on writing demands, respond to and make requests for discovery, negotiations, etc. Other qualifications: Good knowledge of civil procedures. Attention to detail and good writing skills . Interest in helping people who have been injured and/or suffered a loss. Experience Experience in PI cases is preferred but not mandatory. Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate legal concepts clearly.
