What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in managing or supervising a team in a restoration shop or similar automotive environment. Strong background in classic car restoration, including knowledge of engines, mechanic , bodywork, and electrical systems. Retromod upgrades to Fuel injection , Brakes , A/C suspension , engine swaps , stroker kits. Hands-on mechanical skills and the ability to dive into the work when needed. Experienced Outboard Engine Mechanic candidates must be able to: identify, diagnose and repair two and four stroke outboard engines and boat systems which include electrical systems, plumbing and rigging. Qualified candidates will communicate with service advisors and the parts department throughout the repair process to assist in the establishment of a proper written estimate/work order. Certifications in Yamaha engine repair and maintenance a plus. This is a full-time position with potential overtime. EXPERIENCE-BASED PAY!
