I am looking for someone who: 1. Has basic knowledge of building components. 2. Meet at different residential homes and commercial properties to accompany the home owner/property owner during their insurance company inspection. 3. You will arrive at property addresses to meet with adjusters, contractors, engineers, etc. 4. You will take some photographs of the damage and note what the insurance company's expert does and does not do while on-site. You will provide an email with your photos and inspection notes. 5. Jobs span all of Georgia. 6. Each job takes between 1-4 hours, but typically about 1-2 hours. 7. Pay is $125 per inspection facilitation. Ultimately, you are meeting the insurance company expert at a property. You will show them the damages to the property. You will send a short report of the inspection and photos.
