POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and will assist in all aspects of maintenance for the community. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial dishwashers or similar machines. Mechanical aptitude is required as is the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team while going with the flow of ever-changing tasks and schedules. EXPERIENCE: Dishmachine experience is preferred, but candidates with comparable skills from other industries can make great candidates. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC or automotive experience translates well into dishmachine equipment repair. TRAINING: We offer one-on-one tech training with our Technicians and Service Manager. Collaborating effectively with each department of our team to facilitate accurate customer service, education, and billing.
